Movie Roles Val Kilmer Didn't Want Or Didn't Get (Of The Day)

Turning down or losing parts are common practices in Hollywood, but Valerie here seems to have more than his share of near misses. A reputation for being supremely difficult on the set certainly doesn't help. Damn fine actor, though. Loved him in Tombstone and Real Genius.

  1. "two-for-one night at Krispy Kreme donuts" Haha! :-)

He had an awful lot of roads not taken. That's probably a good thing, at least for some of those.

Mugshot caption today made me laugh! Looking at the portrait of the day makes my neck hurt.

  2. Portrait Of The Day: Bless her heart, y'all.
Also, Val in The Godfather?! That's ridiculous. But so is he. What a crazy list.

  3. I'm still laughing over the Krispy Kreme donut slam - hilarious! He is one of the most spectacular examples of "from hot to not" I can think of. Sad, really, and I did absolutely love him as Doc Holliday.
