  1. Pretty cool! It would be interesting to choose several at random in each category and see how well they match up.

  3. I did a little googling and sure enough, most of the movie posters of the last few years follow this format. I never noticed that before!

  4. There is one particular design I hate that was all the rage in the 90s: I call it "the squad". It always has the male lead in the front, backed by other three or four actors making "interesting" faces. It was used in every damned movie genre back then. Mel Gibson's Hamlet's and Flatliners' posters are good examples.
