  1. Way cool. This inspires me to go find an iconic old family photo and see if I can get my siblings to go along.

  2. These are really neat to see. The baby in the t-shirt and way-too-big work boots--HA HA HA! :-)

  3. I saw these a while back. It's amazing how she was able to recreate the scene, even to the point of using the same pattern of fabric! I feel bad for MSOTD and love the Found Porn!

  4. I'm picturing all the photos of my childhood that would work like this. ANyone else doing that?

  5. I don't think I can get my brother to pose with me like we did in the pics I have from my childhood, but I'll ask.

  6. I was too, Smauge.

My favorite pic is the hula girls.

  7. There are so many pictures from my larval stage I'd have loved to recreate, but because of the loss of people or places are now impossible.

One in particular was of me, my mom and my favorite aunt outside my grandma's house when I was about three or so.

But since my mom died ten years ago, and the fucktards who moved into my grandma's old house burned it to the ground about a month or so after they moved in, that's pretty much a non-starter.

  8. Me, too, Daisy, I just wish that the older girl was wearing the same shirt.

  9. It would be hard for me to recreate many of my favorite pictures because most of my family is deceased. Of course, there's always the classic shot of me at a year old, buck naked, sitting on the back of my dad's red convertible that he had parked in front of a giant wisteria vine. (My parents loved nudie baby pics.)

  11. These are pretty cool...and yes Smauge, I was doing the same thing...trying to decide which pix my family and I could do. Got a good laugh at a few of my thoughts...but I usually crack myself up.

Anyone else thinkthe dude in the 5th pic from the top looks like an old, wierd version of Doogie Houser?

If you make a list of pics "when you were young" I'll submit mine with my "Cletus the Slack Jawed Yokel" smile
