Just heard this one on 70s On 7 (Sirius). I remember the song well. What I didn't remember, probably because I didn't pay attention to these things back then, is that the song includes -- ready for this? -- a futhermuckin' COWBELL.
You heard me. Cowbell. Listen. You'll hear it. It's a key component of the song.
How incredibly awesome is that? And they use it in this live clip, too. You're gonna want that cowbell, Barry.
My day has been made. It's the little things, you know.
I also don't remember Barry being this huge. Holy biscuits. I'm surprised Barry made 58 years, his age at death in 2003.
Oh well, we still got that cowbell. I just wish I were the guy playing it. I'd never stop telling people I played cowbell on Barry White's "Can't Get Enough Of Your Love, Baby."
