ReplyDeleteRegarding the 10 things you didn't learn in school, I completely agree with the one about industrial arts class. I took one semester of an industrial arts class in junior high because it was required at the time. What did we do in it? We made a pencil holder from wood. Not a very practical class.
ReplyDeleteI would have much rather learned some of the bare bones basics about car maintenance, or about plumbing, or electrical wiring. That would have been information that I could have actually put to use.
The schools that went insane? Wow, those were very bizarre.
I wish there were subtitles to show what the fighting grannies are saying. I want to know what they're fighting about. Never mess with grannies though. They'll just whack you up side the head without a moment's thought about it.
