Subject: a diamond in the rough

Had to share a gem we came across yesterday. Looked okay outside, but the key wouldn't work to get in. After a minute a guy comes walking up in his overalls, says he's the occupant and he's just there to get his "trailer" out of the backyard.

We go in, it's dark and COMPLETELY cluttered. Felt small and squished in and we could smell the dog and bird that lived there. Could tell off the bat our agent didn't love it and we were nervous because it was the second house we looked at. We decided to press on anyway upstairs, but not before looking in the half bath at the bottom of the stairs to see a glorious unflushed floater looking right up at me.

Four bedrooms upstairs; first smelled like cigarettes, the next one smelled like freshly smoked weed, and the third had a big bottle of K-Y on one side of the bed with a Twister game on the floor next to the other side. I didn't look at the fourth room.

HAHAHAHAHA! Kind of reminds me of the time I went over to that chick Megan's house so she could change before we went out somewhere. When we walked inside, she warned me to 'watch out for the dog poop' and there were HUGE PILES of dog poo all over the freakin' place! It wasn't like they had some tiny dog that couldn't hold it longer than 4 hours... these were husky sized poops! There were piles on the stairs, piles on the floor.... there must've been at least 6 - 8 piles! And it just seemed normal to her.... they weren't all fresh either! So you know they had ignored the piles for days!!!! It was so bizarre.
