The "glunk glunk glunk" girl looks like she's finishing other people's drinks while they're out on the dance floor.

Weddings just bring out the best in people, don't you think?

I catered a wedding once where a VERY pregnant bride came down the aisle to "Tonight I Celebrate My Love." Um, I think there had already been some "celebratin'" going on!

Yeah that's a sweet tie.

The couple with the fishbowls...I have actually seen maybe a dozen of their wedding pictures elsewhere on the internet and all are jaw-dropping.

AHA HA HA HA! I laughed out loud at the cheerleaders and joyous occasion photos.

Many of these prove that love really is blind and/or that there really is someone out there for everyone.

Thanks for the smiles, Cary. :D

The bride funneling the beer with the black eye makes perfect sense. You gotta lock that shit down when you find it.

Dancing away and laughing my fool head off at the Fats Waller vid. Love the one guy's HUGE hat and LOVED the music. HA HA! :D

Glunk glunk glunk looks like a bridesmaid, and hey let's face it they're supposed to get drunk so they can have drunken sex later in the reception. Let hand it to this little lady for holding up her end of the deal!

The Star Trek and Star Wars weddings were my favorite.

We've been invited to a wedding next spring where Star Wars costume tomfoolery may occur. If we go, expect pictures.

Ah man, I have the perfect addition to this collection. Our friends eloped in Vegas by having a rock & roll ceremony. They wore fuzzy animal print pants and pleather, and were married by Steven Tyler and Slash.

Representin!...the Lollipop Guild -- that one will keep me laughing all day.

HEY! There's the Amish fireplace! :) You're right. I should save money and heat my house with a coffee maker... but only if the Amish build wooden case for it!

Man, I'm all for having fun, but the bride with the beer funnel!! Is it a black eye, or mascara...looks a bit runny to me for a shiner. Coupled with the dress falling off and bra in display, I think someone needed to tuck this bride in a gallon ago.

I love the wine dripping down the guzzler's chin.

Classy girls!!

You should check out the bride cake that's in the archives on the CakeWrecks website. It's horrendous! But should be viewed and ridiculed excessively!

Uncle Roy's tie? I'm more worried about his teeth.

Thank you Cary. Just, thank you. : )

Seriously, what is more fun than bad wedding photos?

While I freely admit being a huge nerd, I would have to say that I have never planned or executed a Klingon wedding, which makes me not quite as big a nerd as some others might be...

PS All the cool people know that the best wedding is a HOGWARTS wedding!!! DUH.

The bride with the fishbowl looks like she stole her outfit from Santa's old lady.

yanni's boots are the something borrowed AND something blue... possibly even the something old, too.

uncle roy's slightly uneven sideburns are a nice touch as well.

White Stripes...hoo, hoo, hahaha...

Bring on Vol. 2!

Uncle Roy's tie, teeth and a short sleeve dress shirt - Priceless

Wow I hope I never have to go to any weddings like that.

Cary said...

I have an Uncle Roy and that dude reminds me of him, hence the name. Except I don't think even my Uncle Roy owns a NASCAR tie. Shame. He did, however, get into a fistfight on his front lawn with the A/C repairman as neighbors watched and cheered him on. "Kick his ass, Roy!"

In some of those pictures, I was looking around for Triumph the Insult Comic Dog.

I think the celebration of nuptials confuses many people.

voronya said...

are we sure the joyous occasion folks arent really at a funeral??

i just love the black sandals and hose of the gal at the star trek wedding. so why are they dressed in costume too??

Frank Irwin said...

I wonder if that Star Trek wedding wasn't in the Star Trek exhibit that they Las Vegas Hilton used to have. That set and the costumes look pretty extravagant. That would also explain why the bride and groom aren't in costume.

LMAO@Uncle Roy in the yard... hahaahaaa!

as lyle lovett would sing about your pictures of straw hat weddings "that's right - you're not from texas...."

And I know you know I'm a Star Wars geek but ummmm. No. Noooonononononono.
